ブータンからの視察　Welcome to Kyoto from Bhutan!

この度、京都大学の大学間学術交流協定校であるブータン王立医科大学や保健省などブータン王国の方々が当センターの視察に来られました。ブータン王国でもシミュレーション教育を医療者教育に取り入れて自国の医療者育成を進めていくことを目指しておられるようです。

実際に医学生の実習の見学をしたり、視察者の方々からブータンでの医療やシミュレーション教育、今後のビジョンなどに関するプレゼンテーションをしていただき、シミュレーションセンターからも我々のセンターに関して、シミュレーション教育に関してなどプレゼンテーションを行い、多くの質問をいただきさまざまなディスカッションをすることができました。また、我々が所有・管理しているシミュレータを実際に見て使用していただきながら大変興味を持ってお互いにお話しすることができました。
今後も、現地でのシミュレーション教育、遠隔でのシミュレーション教育、様々な医学教育にかかわる協力を行ってまいります。

今回の視察が皆さんにとって、少しでも有意義なものとなっていたら嬉しいです。

The Khesar Gyalpo University of Medical Sciences of Bhutan, which is a member of Kyoto University’s Academic Exchange Agreement and the Ministry of Health of the Kingdom of Bhutan, recently visited the center for a study tour.
It seems that the Kingdom of Bhutan is aiming to promote the development of medical professionals in their country by  incorporating simulation education into medical education.

The visitors observed medical students in training and gave presentations on medical care in Bhutan, simulation education, and their vision for the future, etc. The Simulation Center also gave a presentation on our center and simulation education, and received many questions and discussed a variety of topics. In addition, we were able to have a very interesting discussion with them while they actually saw and used the simulators that we own and manage.

We hope that this visit was as meaningful as possible for them.
